- Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow Platform Analytics reports and dashboards.

Data Modeling and Integration:
- Design and implement data models that support software asset tracking.
- Integrate relevant external data sources into the ServiceNow platform.
Predictive Analytics and Compliance Intelligence:
- Develop predictive analytics models and trend analyses.
- Support software optimization analysis, identifying opportunities to consolidate licenses.
