The Opportunity:
- As a Learning Coach, you'll own a cohort of students from start to graduation.
- You'll track progress, spot warning signs, and keep at-risk students on track.
- Success shows up in your cohort's engagement and completion rates.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively reach out to students via email, text, and phone to maintain engagement.
- Build individualized success plans and monitor academic progress.
- Log every touchpoint in CRM tools and partner with instructors and operations.
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in student coaching, academic advising, or customer success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and high organization.
- Comfort with managing high-volume outreach and learning new tools quickly.
