The Typist Clerk is responsible for typing various documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include typing and proofreading documents, reports, and correspondence, entering data into spreadsheets and databases, organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, and assisting with general office tasks as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proven experience as a typist or data entry clerk, excellent typing speed and accuracy, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
