Manager Maintenance Southern Europe

Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment, quality assurance, and standardization of technical and safety processes across Southern European properties.
• Oversee maintenance, repair planning, and optimization of building services for hotels and workspaces to ensure high standards.
• Train and manage an international team of technicians, review workflows, and serve as the key point of contact for technical operations.

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship in building services engineering with several years of professional and managerial experience, ideally in international settings.
• Strong knowledge of building services engineering, control technology, and Microsoft Office, combined with a structured, independent problem-solving approach.
• Excellent English language skills, willingness to travel, and a professional, loyal demeanor with integrity in handling business considerations.
