Job Description

Technical Expertise: Serving as a technical expert for implementing Experian's complex software solutions. Leading technical discussions for product integrations and solutions spanning multiple technical applications. Presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Client Interaction: Consulting with clients and internal partners, explaining complex solution methodologies. Documenting and analyzing client requirements for end-to-end implementation success. Conducting technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for clients.

Project Management: Managing multiple high-profile technical implementation projects concurrently. Tracking technical project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring all partners are informed. Collaborating with project managers, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure delivery of solutions to customers.
