Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented temporary Research Associate to support our work on Women in the Workplace - the largest study of its kind on women in corporate America. This is a short-term position that runs from August to October 2025. In this role, youโll contribute to analyzing quantitative data, translating insights into compelling narratives, and supporting the development of research products that advance equity in the workplace and beyond. Youโll collaborate closely with researchers, writers, designers, and cross-functional partners to ensure our work is accurate, inclusive, and accessible to broad audiences.
Manage and analyze quantitative data, including organizing quantitative data for use by the research team, contributing to the generation of insights based on quantitative data, and pulling data as requested by team members.ย Work with the writing team to translate data into compelling narratives and research products. Work with the design team to create compelling data visualizations. Conduct background research to uncover and present key findings on specific topics related to women and work, including women from traditionally marginalized groups.
