Accountabilities:

  • Build and nurture a world-class Solutions Engineering organization, overseeing the technical customer journey.
  • Set vision for technical excellence, establish best practices, and define career paths and metrics for the team.
  • Establish effective onboarding and certification programs to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles within Enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in building and scaling pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
