Accountabilities:
- Build and nurture a world-class Solutions Engineering organization, overseeing the technical customer journey.
- Set vision for technical excellence, establish best practices, and define career paths and metrics for the team.
- Establish effective onboarding and certification programs to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in senior technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles within Enterprise SaaS.
- Experience in building and scaling pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
