Senior AI Analyst

Role:

• You will focus on teaching, operating, and continuously improving AI agents that support business operations and customer experiences.
• This role combines generative AI, business data, automation, and operational excellence rather than traditional software engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Guide business teams in transforming knowledge into manuals, guidelines, and other AI-ready materials.
• Configure and improve AI agents using n8n or similar automation environments, including prompts, tools, and SQL queries.
• Monitor real-world conversations, identify failures, and convert findings into improvements and new test cases.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product, data, operations, customer experience, or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI agents in production, plus strong SQL and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
