Intermediate Fullstack Engineer (Ruby/Vue.js), Growth

Role Overview:

• Join GitLab's Growth team to turn the self-serve funnel into a reliable source of paying customers.
• Work on the in-product journey from first visit through sign-up, trial, and first purchase across GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab.

What You'll Do:

• Design and iterate on experiments that increase first purchases, building registration, trial, and upgrade experiences.
• Implement backend services in Ruby on Rails and frontend in Vue.js, analyzing results with Data Analysts.
• Improve experimentation tooling and collaborate with teams like Fulfillment to remove purchase barriers.

What You'll Bring:

• Professional experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript, plus solid Git and deployment workflows.
• Ability to use product data to decide what to build, keep, or roll back, and document decisions asynchronously.
• Experience with relational databases; familiarity with Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and A/B testing is preferred.
