Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Superior customer communication in German and English.
- Consulting expertise and the ability to present Cloud Billing in customer meetings.
- Support in answering tenders in German.
Qualifications:
- Experience in billing software and in-depth knowledge of the billing process chain is required.
- Sound knowledge of the MNP processes.
- Detailed knowledge of TM-compliant APIs within Deutsche Telekom.
