Job Description
As part of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Legal team, the E&C CONNECT team is dedicated to minimizing risks and continuously improving process quality by providing transparency to compliance control and process health. Part of a team that is responsible for driving compliance and quality excellence across ServiceNow in support of laws, regulations, standards, contractual commitments and internal policy and procedures. This is an individual contributor position.
Responsibilities include performing and documenting results for control monitoring of Ethic and Compliance controls, onsite data center audits, regulatory gap assessments, compliance mapping activities, and stakeholder notification of compliance changes. You will also document risk identified through monitoring and/or gap assessment activities to ensure risks are evaluated, dispositioned and actively managed. Further responsibilities include producing compliance collateral and supporting Ethics and Compliance awareness campaign activities. Support control environment improvement efforts and participate in compliance projects to continual improve compliance health.
