Responsibilities:
- Prepare conferences end-to-end: target lists, attendee research, outreach, schedules, briefings, and follow-up trackers.
- Build investor, partner, lender, company, and counterparty databases from public sources, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Support financial models, fund analytics, pipeline trackers, and scoring tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2–6 years in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, or business operations.
- Strong generalist skill set across research, Excel, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination.
- High ownership: follows up, closes loops, documents work, and makes progress visible.
