Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the organization of the CRM, ensuring deals are in correct stages with updated notes and follow-up dates.
  • Create pitch decks, proposals, and populate spreadsheets for sales calls.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research, including maintaining pricing and ROI benchmarking data.

You have:

  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to manage-up to ensure priorities are executed.
  • Previous experience in high-growth or startup environments with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel, plus experience with CRM like Hubspot.
