Your mission:
- Be our first dedicated copywriter for high-volume DTC brands and set the copy standard the rest of the agency writes to.
What you'll do:
- Write campaigns and flows in Klaviyo for our most complex accounts.
- Turn Retention Manager briefs into copy that sells: promotions, product education, and seasonal peaks.
- Review and give feedback on team copy, coaching writers to improve.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years writing email/CRM copy for e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Agency background with experience writing for multiple brands and tones under tight deadlines.
- Native English or Dutch speaker with a portfolio of real, sent emails and results.
