Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project requirements and timelines, manage competing priorities, and identify barriers to ensure on-time, in-scope completion.
  • Lead client implementation calls and operational demos, serving as a subject matter expert for key operational practices.
  • Coordinate complex initiatives with multidisciplinary teams, translating operational needs into actionable plans.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of project management and healthcare implementation experience, with knowledge of Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows, including Case Management and Clinical Documentation Improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Work Environment:

  • This is a remote position within the US, with a preferred Monday-Friday schedule and some flexibility.
  • The role requires working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, adapting to process changes and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Physical demands include using a computer for 6-8 hours daily and managing occasional stress during high-activity periods.
