Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
- Support SMS administration, policy review, safety meeting preparation, and corrective action tracking.
- Conduct hazard reporting reviews, preliminary risk assessments, and manage hazard logs and risk registers.
- Assist with investigations, causal analysis, and preparation of investigative summaries and recommendations.
Safety Assurance and Compliance:
- Collect and analyze safety data to identify trends and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Support internal audits and external audit preparation for FAA, IS-BAO, ARGUS, and Wyvern standards.
- Maintain organized safety documentation and track audit findings for closure.
Cross-Functional and Working Conditions:
- Coordinate with operational departments on safety concerns and management of change reviews.
- Work in office and operational settings with occasional after-hours responsiveness and up to 30% domestic travel required.
- Promote safety communications, training initiatives, and a positive reporting culture.
