Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Support SMS administration, policy review, safety meeting preparation, and corrective action tracking.
  • Conduct hazard reporting reviews, preliminary risk assessments, and manage hazard logs and risk registers.
  • Assist with investigations, causal analysis, and preparation of investigative summaries and recommendations.

Safety Assurance and Compliance:

  • Collect and analyze safety data to identify trends and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Support internal audits and external audit preparation for FAA, IS-BAO, ARGUS, and Wyvern standards.
  • Maintain organized safety documentation and track audit findings for closure.

Cross-Functional and Working Conditions:

  • Coordinate with operational departments on safety concerns and management of change reviews.
  • Work in office and operational settings with occasional after-hours responsiveness and up to 30% domestic travel required.
  • Promote safety communications, training initiatives, and a positive reporting culture.
