This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on raising the standard for how software is built, tested, delivered, and operated.
You will shape platform foundations that product teams and AI coding agents rely on to move quickly and reliably.

Key accountabilities:

Improve the complete engineering development loop, including local development, CI/CD, deployment, and production feedback.
Define and drive engineering standards for automated testing, infrastructure as code, observability, reliability, and secure delivery.
Build shared tooling, templates, and golden paths that reduce friction and provide leverage across the organization.

Requirements:

Strong software engineering background with experience building and operating production-grade systems.
Deep expertise in CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and modern software delivery practices.
Practical fluency with AI coding agents and how to design engineering environments for their effectiveness.
