IT Product Manager

Accountabilities:

• Own assigned technology products and serve as the primary subject matter expert throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and backlogs, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate product launches, UAT, release management, and post-launch support to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related technology role.
• Experience supporting D2L, student portals, and higher education technology platforms with a strong understanding of student and faculty-facing processes.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, business case development, and software delivery lifecycle management.
