What you'll be doing:
- Lead design for new premium, AI-first product areas as well as the existing platform.
- Rethink existing workflows to remove friction for users.
- Contribute to building the design system.
What you bring:
- 7+ years in product design on complex B2B or enterprise software.
- Strong interaction design, systems thinking, and visual design fundamentals.
- Experience with AI-driven features and design systems.
How we'll work together:
- Independent contract, 4–5 days a week, initial 4–6 months.
- Remote in Canada with Central/Mountain time overlap.
- Weekly check-ins with VP of Product and design review with Design Lead.
