Director, Product Engineering

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of product managers that span across autonomous driving technology, application software, data & analytics, and vehicle hardware
• Create compelling & inspiring product visions, strategies and roadmaps for several areas by collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging market, behavior & technology trends
• Collaborate across other key stakeholders in product management, engineering, BD, customer success, etc. on product vision & strategy

Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without day-to-day direction

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years experience in the field of autonomy, robotics and commercialization of products
• Experience in Automotive, Transportation, Software as a Service and/or AI industries highly preferred
• Experience leading, managing, and developing teams of product and engineering personnel
