Engineering Manager, Quality

We’re looking for a talented Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Quality team. This team is responsible for ensuring that releases, metrics, and quality infrastructure of the Onebrief platform. You will oversee release validation, build out quality metrics and dashboards, and establish performance and load testing practices that scale across engineering. Your team’s work will provide the guardrails and insights that enable all other engineering teams to ship with quality and confidence. As the Engineering Manager, Quality, you will drive clear prioritization of quality initiatives, define and track org-wide quality metrics, and grow, mentor, and lead a team of quality-focused engineers. You will partner with Product, SRE, and CR teams to ensure that releases meet quality standards and customer impact is well understood.
