Role Overview:
- Serve as a Semi-Senior Finance Analyst supporting the finance team.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting, modeling, and analysis across the business.
- Drive data-informed decisions and support planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain detailed P&L reports, cash flow statements, and KPI dashboards.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to value projects and forecast performance.
- Compare actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, investigating discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have English B2+ and Spanish fluency with strong communication skills.
- 2–3 years of experience as a semi-senior finance analyst required.
- Strong Excel modeling skills and experience using Claude for Excel to accelerate tasks.
