Senior Product Operations Manager

About the Role:

• Enable product managers to spend more time with customers.
• Build systems, rituals, and tooling connecting strategy to execution.
• Shape how the product organization plans, ships, and learns.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive quarterly product planning and OKR alignment.
• Design and orchestrate a standardized launch readiness process.
• Build and operate the system to aggregate field feedback.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product planning frameworks or operational systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
