- Combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer deployment projects, ensuring implementations meet customer specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify, document, and prioritize bugs and enhancement requests.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of services and support professionals, setting performance expectations.
