Junior Paralegal

As a Junior Paralegal at Vanta, you will support our G&A teams by managing core operational legal functions across corporate governance, equity administration, and legal operations. This role is a critical foundation for ensuring compliance as we scale globally. The Legal team at Vanta supports the entire organization across risk, compliance, corporate governance, and operational strategy. We are a collaborative group of attorneys and legal professionals who work closely with People, Finance, and other G&A functions to enable company growth with proactivity and precision. As Vanta rapidly scales and expands its international footprint, the Junior Paralegal will be central to supporting the day-to-day operations of our legal function. You'll take ownership of essential corporate processes, collaborate across the company, and ensure Vanta’s legal and compliance obligations are met with excellence. Responsibilities include supporting corporate governance and legal entity maintenance, owning and improving legal records and documentation workflows and enabling international expansion and maintaining subsidiary compliance.
