As a Site Reliability Engineer at Material Security, you'll own the reliability of the infrastructure every product team builds on.
This is a software engineering role focused on building systems that reduce manual on-call work and improve system visibility.

Responsibilities:

Design and build software that removes manual on-call intervention and recurring sources of toil.
Lead infrastructure projects end to end and build tooling that shows system health across GCP projects.
Define SLOs with product teams and raise the reliability bar across engineering.

What We're Looking For:

Solid software engineering fundamentals and production code as your default way of solving problems.
Hands-on experience running GCP and Kubernetes at production scale, including autoscaling and capacity management.
Automation-first mindset and comfort driving ambiguous, cross-team reliability work from diagnosis to shipped fix.
