Business Systems Analyst

Amplify seeks a versatile individual to join our organization as a Business Systems Analyst to support the optimization of core business processes across the organization. This role will work closely with product development, finance, sales, service, and supply chain teams to manage, improve, and drive efficiencies in critical business systems and processes. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to ensure that solutions align with company goals. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the product vision and strategy for ERP and CRM functions, facilitating communication across departments, acquiring requirements for system improvements, building business workflows, leveraging various datasets to solve complex issues, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documenting system improvements for the end-user. The candidate will also troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborate with the Business Systems team to define strategic projects, and evaluate standard practices.
