Job Description

Drive the growth of our digital presence among corporate clients and entrepreneurs, focusing on performance marketing for B2B audiences (SME clients). You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DV360, while also experimenting with emerging channels. This position reports directly to the Paid Media Team Lead and involves close collaboration with our creative, analytics, product, and sales teams.

Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, placements, and bidding strategies to enhance lead quality and reduce CPL. Partner with product and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with customer pain points and product value propositions. Analyze campaign performance across the funnel, report on key metrics (CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS), and recommend actionable improvements.
