Job Description

Responsibilities:

Build and scale internal tooling that streamlines and empowers clinical teams to support product development.
Enhance personalization and insights across the client and provider experience.
Integrate human-in-the-loop AI workflows and use industry best practices (evals, LLM-as-judge) to maintain quality and safety, while removing provider administrative burden.

Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience with meaningful contributions to production systems.
Comfortable building end-to-end features across backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
Ability to think deeply about the “why” behind your work and optimize for meaningful user and business outcomes.
