As the Client Operations Manager, you will own client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, and drive quarterly business reviews. You will also own project management, keep projects organized, and use tools like Asana and Notion to track progress. Collaborating with Organic Growth Strategists and the Leadership team, you'll identify, prioritize, and pitch opportunities across SEO, GEO, content, and CRO.
You will define and drive project plans, timelines, and resourcing, ensuring every commitment is shipped on schedule. Surfacing wins and key insights, you'll tie client programs to closed won deals and revenue. Furthermore, you will manage renewals and upsells, triaging escalations and improving processes through documentation and automation, leveraging AI to streamline work.
You will also enable client teams through walkthroughs and training, contributing to case studies and sharing wins to uplift the broader team.
