We’re looking for the first Engineering Manager to join as Bluefish’s engineering leadership team. This is not just a leadership role—it’s a unique opportunity to help shape the foundation of a fast-moving, product-driven startup during a critical phase of growth. You’ll lead the charge on execution, quality, and team culture. As an Engineering Manager, you will scale the team through hiring and onboarding. You will also lead and mentor individual contributors through coaching and feedback. You champion a culture of technical excellence, autonomy, ownership, and collaboration. The role can be based in Berlin and remote in Germany.
