The Geo Fiber Solutions-Hub (GFS) designs and develops highly automated planning and documentation processes incl. the associated IT systems for an industrialized FTTH expansion in Germany. For this we rely on international staff. Teams use different technologies and systems. From the planning phase through the approval phase to construction.
Strong experience in software development, preferably in a similar domain is required. Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the project, skills in working with cross-functional teams, especially front-end developers, and ability to work effectively in an international and distributed team environment. Agile mindset and experience working in Scrum or SAFe frameworks as part of a dev-team collaborating with product management are expected.
