## Responsibilities:

Perform complex spatial analyses including drive-time, trade-area, and origin-destination studies.
Develop weighted suitability models and scoring frameworks for optimal site selection.

## Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or related field; 5+ years of GIS experience.
Advanced proficiency in Esri platform and strong skills in Python or ModelBuilder preferred.
