Job Description

As a CRM Marketing Specialist/Strategist, focus will be on building email marketing campaigns with an emphasis on growing awareness, engagement, and acquisition. The role involves helping develop a comprehensive email strategy , managing daily campaign operations, and measuring campaign effectiveness through key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include building email campaigns to increase traffic to product pages, engagement with offers, and encourage conversion; supporting program strategy by collaborating with CRM Program Managers; optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing and data-driven insights; monitoring campaign performance through dashboards; and collaborating with product and consumer insights teams to ensure alignment.
