Design Engineer

We're looking for a design engineer who gets excited about the entire journey from customer insight to shipped feature. You might be partnering with a product engineer to dig into customer feedback and determine a feature's direction. You could also be designing features for our core product, or iterating and prototyping on the problem space that you determined, often self led, but very collaborative in the iteration process. You might also be polishing features that are already built but need that extra design love, or designing and/or coding critical UI patterns, which would include building components for Compass UI, our design system that keeps everything consistent. We want capable end-to-end people who can move from ideation to implementation without losing fidelity.
