Engineering Lead

The Engineering Lead will be a hands-on leader and technical expert, nurturing and mentoring a small team of top engineers. This role involves working with product management to develop and maintain a roadmap for your team, innovating and rapidly delivering features. Responsibilities also include writing efficient code in Ruby, occasionally Python and Typescript, leading pair programming, driving architectural tasks, participating in daily stands and retros, and collaborating with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality products.
