Senior Technical Program Manager

Magic Leap is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to support our Hardware Technical Program Management team. A Growth mindset is highly desirable where this individual is willing to learn and grow in highly technical areas. A strong base understanding of nanostructures, waveguide processes, semiconductor manufacturing processes, optics, and opto-mech systems is required. In this position, you would help sustain the current product and drive innovation into future Magic Leap technologies. Preferred Location: Onsite in Austin, TX. Regardless of location, this role requires up to 25% travel to our other sites, including Boulder, Colorado, and Florida. Define program scope, goals, and deliverables; incorporate input from cross-functional team members and communicate to senior stakeholders. Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams as they develop new processes for rapid prototyping and manufacturing.
