Senior Manager – Software Engineering

Role:

• Manage and oversee complex software development initiatives, coordinating efforts supporting web services, software deployment, and partner framework integrations.
• Establish project objectives, technical policies, procedures, roadmaps, and work plans, delegating tasks to project team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile sprint teams in planning, prioritizing, and delivering software features in alignment with project requirements and organizational goals.
• Oversee system and software architecture development, system requirements, and technical design activities.
• Direct modernization efforts for transaction monitoring and sanction screening systems, designing models and procedures for high-volume payment, AML, and foreign exchange operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field plus 8 years of experience (or Master's plus 6 years).
• Experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL tools, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project planning and software development life-cycle tools such as Smart Sheet, Jira, and Confluence.
