Oversee index operations with a focus on ensuring methodology adherence and the smooth, robust functioning of the organization’s data production services. Develop and refine scalable procedures that support capable and compliant growth across operational functions. Map data flows across the company and lead cross-functional efforts in data gathering, analysis, and distribution. Ensure that new product rollouts are supported by robust operational infrastructure and administration. Define and plan for the business’s future operational capability requirements. Supervise and automate data management processes both internally and externally with clients. Coordinate and execute operational events, such as index reconstitutions and rebalances.
