Senior Back End Developer

As a Senior Back End Developer, you will:

• Advocate for best practices and technical standards and guide the team towards maintainable solutions within the Build Scale Team.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the CoLab technology stack and how different components interact across the platform.
• Mentor and advise others on the team, serving as an information source to junior developers.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to design and plan complex scopes of work from product requirements and UI/UX designs.
• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable APIs and participate in code reviews.
• Advocate for all aspects of the user’s experience, with a focus on clarity and speed.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Python and experienced in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable APIs.
• Experienced with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases and querying frameworks/APIs.
• Experienced in writing robust automated tests, including unit and end-to-end tests.
