WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Own BJAK’s brand identity and visual systems across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor a small, multidisciplinary creative team.
- Build and manage creative workflows optimizing for quality, speed, and scalability.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 4–6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative leadership.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and multi-channel projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows.
