Licensed Therapist

Role Overview:

• This fully remote outpatient therapy role is designed for independently licensed therapists seeking predictable W-2 compensation and full benefits.
• You will provide evidence-based care to lower to moderate acuity populations with minimal administrative burden.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver 100% remote therapy sessions including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals, no inpatient or crisis responsibilities.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and receive full operational support.

What We're Looking For:

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with active state licenses.
• Comfort with a structured outpatient model and strong clinical judgment.
• Experience with skills-based modalities (CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $70k with potential to earn up to $20k in incentives.
