Role Overview:
- You will join an international SAP SuccessFactors implementation project in a fully remote environment.
- You will work closely with HR teams and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
- Configure and customize Employee Central, LMS, and integration solutions.
- Support data migration, system integrations, UAT, and go-live.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central and LMS.
- Experience with SAP CPI/PI and S/4HANA.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote from anywhere in Brazil.
- Collaboration with international multidisciplinary teams.
