About the Role:
- Location: Canada, specific provinces only
- Focused on Keela's product, a cloud-based CRM platform for nonprofits
- Opportunity to shape the future of Keela's product
Responsibilities:
- Lead high‑impact, end‑to‑end projects
- Partner closely with product and design to ship features
- Mentor other engineers
Technical Expertise:
- Mastery in modern programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS and Java preferred)
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus
- Familiar with modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django, Laravel) and front-end frameworks (Vue preferred)
