Growth Partnerships Lead

Drive growth and customer acquisition by building and optimizing Phantom's global affiliate program from zero to one. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of affiliates, influencers, KOLs, and content partners who can effectively promote Phantom products to their audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with prior experience with crypto audiences and partners who can build and develop these key business relationships. Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance using key metrics such as clicks, conversions, ROI, and revenue. Use these insights to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with affiliates to create high-impact promotional content, such as reviews, guides, and tutorials, that effectively communicates Phantoms value proposition.
