Technical Leadership & Architecture:

• Own the Android technical roadmap, architectural decisions, and long-term platform direction.
• Define and enforce Android engineering standards including code quality and testing practices.
• Lead solution design for new features ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

Execution & Delivery:

• Own Android delivery across digital banking value streams including planning and risk management.
• Break down complex initiatives into executable tasks with clear dependencies and timelines.
• Collaborate with QA on testing strategy and participate in on-call production support.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Directly manage three Android engineers through 1:1s and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, high-trust team environment emphasizing engineering excellence.
• Mentor engineers on Android best practices and fintech domain knowledge.
