Journey Level Project Manager

This position plays a critical role in overseeing the overall performance and delivery of contract work, supporting the National Park Service’s data management and technical initiatives. This position works closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to plan, coordinate, and guide project activities using agile project management approaches. The manager is responsible for aligning technical efforts with mission objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, and continuously improving processes and outcomes. In addition to managing day-to-day tasks, this role supports contract transition services to guarantee seamless continuity of operations. Success in this position requires a combination of strong leadership, technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and communication.
