Member of Corporate Development

As a key member of the Corporate Development group, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions and investments. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the digital asset industry by partnering with innovative companies and expanding Anchorage's capabilities. Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, accretion/dilution analysis, and sensitivity analysis of potential acquisition targets. Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial statement analysis, market research, and competitive analysis. Independently manage all stages of the transaction process, from initial target identification and screening through due diligence, negotiation, and closing. Directly contribute to Anchorage Digital's growth strategy by identifying and executing strategic acquisitions that align with the company's overall objectives. Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving, effectively managing complex transactions with limited guidance.Develop a deep understanding of Anchorage Digital's business model, competitive landscape, financial performance, and strategic priorities.
