Paralegal II

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled Paralegal II to support our Corporate Legal team. This role will play a key part in managing corporate governance, entity management, equity matters, and cross-functional legal processes that support the company’s growth and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of corporate legal operations, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for driving process improvements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The paralegal will assist with SEC filings, periodic reports, and the annual proxy statement. They will also support corporate governance, maintain legal records, and assist in board meeting preparation, insurance renewals, and legal due diligence. We’d love to connect!
