Software Engineer (Full Stack)

What You Will Do:

• Drive the Omnigive Form by building and maintaining complex, highly interactive UI components using vanilla JavaScript, seamlessly connecting them to the Rails backend.
• Champion product sense by analyzing requirements through a "Jobs-to-be-Done" lens, considering edge cases and error states before writing new code.
• Collaborate and ship quality code by reviewing pull requests, proactively communicating blockers, and maintaining institutional knowledge through clear documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong JavaScript skills with deep comfort in vanilla JavaScript, critical for the main donation form.
• Rails and PostgreSQL proficiency to ship features independently, including writing SQL beyond simple queries.
• A pragmatic frontend focus using semantic HTML, global CSS, and Hotwire where custom JavaScript isn't required.
